By accessing or using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

We offer roofing, siding, and other construction based materials for commercial and residential use. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice

• Product availability may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without notice.

• Custom orders require advance approval and payment. Lead times and additional fees may apply.

• Prices are listed in [currency] and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees.

• Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and ACH transfers. 
  • ACH Transfer +1% processing fee (ALL TRANSACTIONS)
  • Debit and Credit Card Purchases +3% processing fee (ALL TRANSACTIONS)
• Late payments may incur interest charges at 8% of the total invoice total.
• TERMS OF PURCHASE:
  • In the event of a bounced check, bank refund, or fraud, the buyer will be held liable and subject to legal action. As the material supplier, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property in the case of payment issues. Should legal action become necessary, the buyer will be responsible for the full balance due, along with all associated costs, including collection agency fees, attorney fees, court costs, and other collection expenses. Late payments will incur an 8% interest charge after 30 days from the due date. If the payment issue remains unresolved for over 90 days, the case will be sent to collections.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

• Returns are accepted within 5 business days of delivery, provided the products are unused and in original condition.
• Custom orders and clearance items are non-returnable.

• Approved returns will be refunded minus shipping and handling fees.
• Refunds will ONLY be credited in form of a credit on the next transaction made with Supreme Supply LLC.

• Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
• Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may be subject to inspection.
• This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, or natural wear and tear.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supreme Supply LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Services.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos is the property of Supreme Supply LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
